Estimated Delivery Times

All items are sent to production within 24 hours of receiving your order and take up to 3 days to be printed, and packaged for shipping.

Currently, domestic shipping takes between 2 to 5 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

  • Production and delivery times may increase during holidays and other times of high sales volumes.
  • Please note, we have no control over carrier delays.

My Order

How can I cancel my order?

Order Cancellation

All T Shirt Tent products are made to order and must be cancelled before going into production to receive a full refund.  Contact us for immediate assisance.

If you want to cancel an order that is already in production or that has been shipped, it will be treated as a return.  Please see the returns section for more information.

What if I receive the wrong product?

We're so sorry to hear about this error on your order!

First, contact us with a description of the problem and pictures of the product. 

If an item is damaged or the wrong item is sent, due to manufacturer error, a replacement item will be sent at no additional charge. The damaged or wrong item can be discarded or donated.

  • Picture proof of damaged items must be included with the item replacement request.
  • Your order will be eligible for replacement if the error was our fault, and it has been less than 30 days since delivery. 

Do you offer exchanges?

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.

If there is an issue with the order, or if your're unhappy with the product, contact us ASAP so we can make it right.

Exchanges

  •  If the wrong size or style is ordered, please contact us ASAP so our team can make the appropriate changes before the item has been printed/shipped.
  •  If the order has already been produced or shipped then the desired exchange items will need to be shipped back to our facility before an exchange can be processed. (Return shipping is not covered.)
  • Your order will be eligible for exchange if the item is in brand new condition and it has been less than 30 days since delivery. 

Sale Items

Orders with a total discount equal to or above 20% are “as is” and may not be returned or exchanged

Custom Orders

Unfortunately, because of the unique nature of custom orders, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on these items at this time. If there is an issue with your order please contact support@tshirttent.com


 

Can I return my purchase?

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with the product received and do not want to exchange, you may return for a store credit or a refund. The item must first be shipped back to our facility before a store credit or refund may be issued. Contact us for more help.

  • Item must be in brand new condition.
  • Return shipping is not included.
  • Both store credit and refund amounts will not include the shipping fee initially paid to receive the product. 
  • $5 Restocking Fee applies to each product returned
  • Your order will be eligible for return if it is in brand new condiditon and it has been less than 30 days since delivery. 

Sale Items

Help, I think my order is lost in the mail!

Lost in the Mail

  • If the order tracking is marked as “delivered” T Shirt Tent will issue a 50% discount toward a new order if the customer did not actually receive the package.
  • First, please check with others in your home who may have received the package, and check all possible locations around your home that the postal carrier could have left the package.
  •  If the order tracking is not showing updates, contact us and we will request updates from USPS.
  • If there are still no updates for 7 days, we will send a replacement free of charge if our team or the postal carrier is at fault.  However, if you provided the wrong address, we will issue you a store credit for the amount of the product only and you will need to place a new order and pay for shipping again. 
  • If you would like a refund instead of a replacement, a full refund will be issued after 30 days of no tracking updates for domestic orders. 
  • For international orders, tracking will only continue to show updates while the package is in the USA.  After the package leaves the USA, it will be transferred to the postal service of the customer’s country and no tracking will be available.  We can offer a replacement if the package is not received within 6 weeks of the date it left the USA.

  • The items must be in BRAND NEW condition.  
  • Return shipping is not provided.
  •  We do not refund shipping originally paid when placing your order.
  • $5 restocking fee applies to each item returned.
  •  Orders/products falling outside this time frame will not be returned, exchanged, refunded or replaced.
